Shipping Policy

 

Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.

 

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery time: United States orders usually arrive within 3-8 business days after processing. Orders to other countries may take 7-15 business days.

 

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

Multiple items: if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

 

Delays: carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

 

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
